Section 1

Scope of work

Faber Solutions will design and develop the website package you select: Standard or Expanded, as described on your bid.

Anything outside that description is a change in scope. See Section 4.

Section 2

Price and payment

You approve the package price in writing before work begins.

Work begins after payment. The amount due at signing is the build price plus the first month of any care plan and hosting you choose.

Care plans and hosting renew monthly and may be canceled at any time.

Section 3

Schedule

The delivery schedule depends on the timely receipt of your content, approvals, and feedback.

Final scheduling is confirmed after we review your content and requirements.

Section 4

Changes

Scope and price change only with your signature. No change orders are made without your written approval.

Section 5

Ownership

You retain ownership of your website, domain, and content.

If you use client-managed hosting, setup is quoted separately.

Section 6

Testimonial

You agree to provide an honest testimonial after the project is completed.

Section 7

Referrals

If you are satisfied with the completed work, you agree to provide two referrals.

Section 8

Portfolio

You authorize Faber Solutions to feature the completed project in its portfolio.

Section 9

Signature

The agreement is accepted when you check each term and sign it with your full legal name and the date.
