Work

Built to code. Built to last.

Every project here went up in the same order: foundation, framing, wiring, finishing. Here’s what’s standing.

01 · KO Fitness · Endurance coaching, Bay Area

A coaching brand, rebuilt from the slab up.

Moved off a Shopify theme onto a custom build: six pages, every photo self-hosted, and an AI intake assistant that screens coaching applicants before they reach the coach.

In client review

Timeline: Framed in one morning · Oct 14, 2026
Scope: Home, Coaching, Road to IRONMAN, Races, Merch, About
Wiring: AI intake on AWS Lambda + Bedrock, DynamoDB, SES
Outcome: Pricing, programs, and race record finally in one place

Scope: 10-step intake, agreement, and checkout demo
Outcome: Every bid starts with a clear scope

03 · Tres Hombres · Downtown Chico, since 1987

A mobile-first concept for a downtown Chico institution: real photography, a cleaner menu, and the phone number where a hungry person expects it.
